Website & Digital Initiative of the Year
The judges will be looking for websites and other digital initiatives which have added value to a merchant’s business, whether through an online sales channel, or by increasing brand awareness.
What new initiatives have been introduced since January 2016? This can include websites, digital marketing, online sponsorship, social media or any other investment in the digital platform. How have they increased sales or encouraged repeat visits to the site? Nominations should include the initial aim of the initiative and how it was implemented, along with figures to show how it has been successful to date and whether the project has fulfilled its initial aims.
Where possible, links to the website or initiative concerned should be included so judges can visit the sites themselves.
Guideline: 500-850 words.
