The judges will be looking for an exceptional branch manager who has introduced new strategies and initiatives to boost their branch sales and/or reputation since January 2016. Consideration will also be given to branch managers who have invested in improving staff training/morale to create a more cohesive branch within the business.
These initiatives can include sales and marketing strategies, new product lines or staff training schemes. In all cases, information should be provided on exactly what the manager did, why they chose to implement these strategies, along with figures to support the benefit this has had to the company.
Comments from the manager themselves, along with testimonials from staff, colleagues and regional managers would be advantageous.
